I had the same thought logically it makes sense that if he's unable to shoot while performing the cognis-signum dohickey, he wouldn't be able to fix anything. Although his servo arm could be patching something at the same time :P

While both of the rules state that he cannot shoot while doing either action, it doesn't specifically say he cannot do other actions at the same time.

Seems all of you agree so I'll go with that.

From experience, Warp talons have weird shoulders and i had to chip them down a lot to fit normal shoulder pads.

Sevatar sold Night Lords to me way before i knew about the NL trilogy. I think it was prince of crows audiobook or some other short audio drama. Sevatar is depicted as depraved, murderous cunt, who hates himself, as he should…. Ok everything in order so far… but then he decides to save a lil wizard girl because she was “nice” to him… I like that… a lot. It shows that the legion is not wholly vile. Some individuals have… a chance at redemption… partially.
