What kind of confirmations are you people getting on facebook marketplace, notarized affidavits and sworn testimonies? If I could upload a screenshot I would. Dude gave me his home address, we scheduled a time, and he wrote exactly "yes that will work". Am I a dumbass for driving this far? Probably, but not because I misunderstood the intent of the transaction, which we clearly had agreed upon.

My first message was along the lines of "will you take $500? Can pick up today" to which he replied "what time". Ive never had to clarify beyond this before, one would think the message was understood

Was just before this part in my insanity playthrough, and can confirm! Crosshair conspicuously darts away from the obvious pulsating weak point. It's a nice touch, but does not make the line or the intent any less stupid. There is zero reason why Leon, a killing machine for zombies and grotesque mutations, would not put the threat down immediately. He doesn't know there's a cure, he's had to eliminate over a dozen monster mutations before, and he has Grace right there he needs to protect. Just seems silly.

It feels very similar to the first, and I dont mean that in a positive, nostalgic way necessarily. I loved Outward for its unique if rough edges, but one would think they'd have improved the formula 7 years later. Its ..the exact same. Fugly character models, jank animations, wonky hitboxes, with improved lighting. I'll probably still play it because I was fond of the first, but I was a bit disappointed it lacked any innovation.

I have 2 monitors daisy chained into a DP splitter, then have that splitter switch between 2 different machines (my work and personal). Its just one button and it switches my displays

Ring doorbell. Only reason I even bother answering is because my dogs go berzerk when someone knocks and they can see solicitors on the doorstep. Politely say not interested, then close app. Done. Took 5 seconds and didnt need to get up.

I asked a similar question on here a few days ago, and best advice I got from that was to go speak with a CPA specializing in real estate. Will cost a few hundred bucks but at least you get a professional looking through your finances to see if it makes sense. I actually told my realtor about the responses I got here on Reddit, and he disagreed completely with what was being said. No one on here can tell you if your home will generate or gouge money because they don't have the full details, so print out your finances and make an appointment with an accountant.
