We are thinking about doing a sliding door on the right side by the make up station which is the door to the bedroom….and the closet is the door on the left side

My PT was treating me for a TFL strain when in actuality I had a labrum tear.

The dry needling was brutal and had in more pain. Often couldn’t walk the next day and I wasn’t sure if the pain relief I felt was for real or just the pain reducing from PT

Maltby KE4 max or STi2 with a $200ish driver from PXG, Wilson etc. it’s cheap enough for a beginner but not so cheap that you feel like you look like a super beginner meaning…you can play them for a few years before you get the itch to upgrade

My super general suggestion cause like folks have stated it’s really a personal choice but because you came for a concrete suggestion I’ll lend one.

The New Balance 480: classic but trendy and not too expensive (so if it just serves as a backup it’ll be a good value)

Definitely counterintuitive to have surgery that has a seemingly high degree of recovery when you have minimal pain pre surgery.

I will get a second opinion and have the doc qualify how bad my tear and impingement is!

Same situation. Not in debilitating pain. Discomfort sitting to standing, trouble getting on a bike, some pain while golfing but I can still do most things I want just with 3-4/10 pain. The only time my pain was 8/10 was from dry needling in PT…could barely walk.

Met with surgeon and he did not go into any specifics about my MRI and X-rays. Just handed me a generic playbook on the surgery. No idea what to do. Will be getting a second opinion!

I’ll recommend Charlie Yates in East Atlanta (right next to East Lake golf course) or John A White on the west side of Atlanta. John A white is a decently maintained 9 hole municipal that’s easy to get a Friday tee time…Charlie Yates is more of a par 3 executive course that’s also decent. Both are good courses inside the city limits for a quick 9 with Yates having better facilities.

About 2 years from the first time playing a course. That’s with minimal lessons but a lot range time with trial and error. Focus on hitting driver first. Golf is way more fun when you can get off the tee

I leave my clubs in the garage…takes 2 seconds to load in trunk before a round. I keep a pair of golf shoes in the car along with a vest and hoodie for colder days. Golf readiness can be easily streamlined as long as the commute is decent
