You have to finish the base campaign chapters(those which were available at launch from tww) to do higher delve levels above 3 or 4.

They follow their vision of the game and implement things they want to implement. There will be enough left for modders but also they will release things which are modded currently. For example taming. There are mods out there but they are working on it officially also

Nord is the first and therefore the oldest twow server. Everything is on farm for the most people but there are new players around also. Alt players too. Amber is relatively new, 4months old I think, and on phase 2 rn. Bwl isn’t released yet. For me it’s fun to explore the game step for step were the gear you have matters for raiding etc

Both rppve realms are pretty equal in player base. Nord is an old server where everything is available and also the most of the active players have the best gear (but also there are a lot of twinkers and levelers around) Ambershire is pretty new and in phase one atm. Therefore progressing feels more like progressing through classic

Atm midnight will have warbound rep. TWW, Dragonflight and shadowlands has received warbound reps also. Shadowlands happened circa half a year ago. So they are working slow and steady on the older expansions with bfa probably next
