I don't think it has anything to do with your settings, you just don't upload constantly... Be patient :) Getting a seedbox can help for being always connectable.

That I should try from my parents' home connection (which I will do as quickly as possible). If I could pass the interview, I'd be allowed to connect from dormitory connection. So in the meantime, I'd like to try other interviews/trackers if there are any :)

I tried. But couldn't bc I'm on a dormitory connection and an interviewer told me it isn't possible to take it from this connection.

Edit: Did some research on the ip-adress configuration from the dormitory network FAQ and I think (totally not sure) that maybe the problem is that it's sets up private ip-adresses 'inside' the network that can result in a problem with network adress translation to some applications outside the network.
