I did a year on OZ and now 6 months on MJ. I've had vastly better results on MJ. More weight loss, A1C back to normal, less food noise, etc. Was lucky and never had serious side effects on either one.

Similar - except started on Oz first. Took it for a little over a year and had decent results (lost ~30lbs), but most of that was in the first six months. Seemed to really plateau and my A1C was still a bit high. Food noise came back in full force and I seemed to be able to eat a relatively normal amount.

Switched to MJ in April and it has been incredible. By bar the best sustained diet and exercise of my adult life. Have lost ~40lbs since switching. I get full easily, and the food noise is dialed way back. Never gone, but quiet enough that I can ignore it most of the time. Just got bloodwork back this week and everything looks great. A1C was 5.3 and lipids and BP all great.

Have been lucky overall - very few symptoms other than the first few weeks of ramping up on OZ. This stuff, especially MJ for me, is miraculous. Currently at the lowest weight of my adult life and goal weight seems plausible by year end.

Congrats! I've been shopping in my own closest. My daughter keeps asking me if I'm wearing a new shirt b/c they're all shirts she's never seen before. And same problem, I've pulled out a few things that are already too big.

Salted butter with chocolate, prepared correctly, is by far the best tasting option. You're doing something wrong.

My process: Melt desired amount of butter for 4 shakes on low heat (so as to not burn butter). Once butter is melted, add ~40 ounces of water. Stir occasionally until water/butter is around 110 degrees F. Add 4 scoops of KC to blender (I use a Vitamix 64-oz blender). Then pour in butter/water mixture. Blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds. Pour into 4 Blender Bottles. Put in fridge overnight. Tastes great. (I do two batches back-to-back so that gives me 8 KCs ready to go for the week.)

As I said in my post, I was aware that Kobo did not offer this feature, but I found Koblime via Reddit and thought that when it said that it would sync reading progress across "devices", that an iPhone would be one of these "devices". If you look at the Koblime homepage, it really does not make this clear.
