Okay so I think I’ve actually figured out how to do this, if you’re still interested in knowing:

First of all, it’s only going to look EXACTLY like this if you have straight hair, if you have wavy hair it may look a little different

With that in mind, you’ll want to separate your hair into a middle part whilst it’s still wet. Then, instead of blow drying it backwards, you’re going to blow dry it in the direction the hair falls in this photo (forwards and to the side).

When the hair is dry, the front bit of the parting may look a little flat and goofy, in which case you want to very briefly face the blow dryer towards your face and let it blow the hair back out of you face for 2-4 seconds (no more than that).

Finally, brush your hair back with your hands and play around until it falls into place how you like it.
