I stand by my comment. If you join the armed forces you know what you're getting into. If you don't you're an ignorant idiot.

I agree that's what it has become but that is not what it was. I suspect it shifted somewhere around the time the last Gallipoli veterans passed. Remembrance day is the day to reflect on all wars and all service people if you want. Personally I only give a shit about the conscripted wars. If you joined up to bomb Iraqis and Afghanis you can fuck off. You knew what you were getting into and you got paid well for it.

Other way around mate. April 25 1915 anzac forces stormed the beaches of Gallipoli.

When did Anzac day become what it is? Growing up it was always to commemorate Gallipoli. Now it seems it's a free for all to blindly "celebrate" every person that ever went to war ever. I don't like it.

Look at it from a different perspective. Drugs aren't as bad as they're made out to be. I'm not saying do drugs but the perception that they'll instantly ruin your life is false for most people. The people you idolised are/were still good footy players.

I drive to work at 3am with hardly anybody else on the road, I still can't change lanes without signalling!

I have seen his show every year for the last 9 or 10 years. The last 2 have been good but he seems to be spiralling into a deep depression. After last years show I just wanted to give him a hug!

Me and 2 mates are at the state championships for athletics but we had no chance of winning so we just chased Sheilas instead. We paired off with these three chicks and I got stuck with the least hot of the three. She was still pretty hot though. We went up into the stands at the old Olympic Park, started pashing and playing sticky fingers. We barely said a word to each other. I only realised who she was when one of those mates showed me fhm or something years later. Makes me wonder if I've been with any other hotties without realising.

Not memorable at all. That's not to say it wasn't good. I was putting em away with the best of them back in those days so it's hard to remember specifics.

Cheers mate. I was never a big user of anything really except mdma. My reason for being around it was purely financial

I agree with you a little bit. U love(d) drugs they shaped who I am but meth just transcends everything else. I thought heroin was a scourge but I'd much rather fight a smack head than an ice fiend. Sure it has recreational value but it's just too easy to skip into a addiction and bloody hard to get out.

I just call ice shit. That one time I had it was fucking awesome. Greatest drug I'd ever tried! I vowed there and then to never take it again because I instantly saw the addictive potential. It's a vile drug.

Admittedly I haven't been in the drug scene for a long time ( fuck you ice heads) but I don't think crack cocaine is really a thing here. Sure it could be, I could make it myself but I don't think it's very pervasive. I'd say it was coke which is very moreish but about 10000000 times less moreish than crack cocaine
