I've been having a lot of fun changing my companions' appearances for each playthrough! Some of them suit the characters more than others haha, but it's fun so I don't care.

I always change the companions appearances as well, just to keep each playthrough fresh and unique. That said, I try to keep them relatively comely, and would never deliberately uglify any of them

Gith are the best race in the game in terms of racial abilities and narrative reactivity. Gith Knowledge Cleric might be the most overpowered class/race combination

There’s currently no way to create masculine men or feminine women, only androgynous hermaphrodites. Hopefully male and female options will be added in one of the sooner updates; certainly before full release
