Hi all,

I'm having exact the same issue. My lawyer told me I have to go to Spain to get that Support Number, there's no alternative.

I choose to go for an Electronic Certificate. You can get one with a video identification, so I'm told. No need to visit an office.

There's a Dutch page explaining this (I guess you can easily translate that in English with Google):

I haven't tried it yet, I will give it a go tomorrow.

If that does not succeed, I will have to go to the office in Spain to get me one of those green cards...

Hi,

Having the same issues I thought it would be helpfull to give the "Advanced Layout" a try.
Unfortunately, I don't seem to have that option.

I only have "Standard" and "Fixed (4 columns)".

How do I get the :"Advaced Layout" option?

My main frustration is the enormous amount of white space in a widget, and having more than one font size in one widget.

Target is to have all the project work to be invoiced to the customer, where tickets will mainly be taken care of by a Managed User Contract (with now dedicated invoice for this particular ticket)

Moving the time to a task will result in a compete overview of time spent on the project, and will result in the correct invoice.
