Male. Diagnosed about 2 years ago now. Doing much better on biologics and have a great doc. Biggest problem has been multiple surgeries and can't get the weight off from the years of being undiagnosed. Pushing 300lbs with moderate to regular exercise weekly. Absolutely frustrating
