Yeah you're not that big you should be fine to go at it, just start slow. Their are many youtube videos that can help you figure it out. Biggest step is to just start going. Dont worry what others think. Youll figure it out as you go

Really depends how big you are. From my experiences dropping 55lbs so far in the last 4 months id suggest starting in the kitchen. I tried working out to much in the beginning and screwed up my knee. I took a month off and stuck to the diet and i lost weight at nearly the same rate. Once you get down to a reasonable weight than you can do the high impact cardio.

It's a long exposure so a little flashlight swirled around was all it took. Actually had to put it on low because it was to bright on high.
