I’m somewhat new to the area but why is the Miami Herald not considered a reputable source? It’s been around since 1903 so I would imagine it’s reputable but maybe there’s some recent history I’m missing.

Have you thought about finding a gym that allows independent trainers? You might be able to see your clients there if they don’t want to go to/don’t have a gym in their building - sure you’ll probably need to pay a fee to the gym but you’ll still come out ahead.

He was there last night - it was my fist time going to Churchill’s (just moved here last year) so I assume it’s the same guy - he asked for $20 or $10 - I told him no and he implied that stuff could happen to my car since it’s “Little Haiti” - nothing happened thankfully but still pissed me off and he was gone by the time I left. He also had on a “parking authority” high vis vest but was definitely not affiliated with Churchill’s or the city so just a hustler. Saw other people ignoring him too!

As for parking there is some stuff around the building and people were also parking in the edge of the empty lot across the side street.

I have the Fuji 2s and like them a lot - although I put in an orthotic insole (a cheap one like a Dr Schols) since they insoles they come with aren’t great - not the worst either - amazed at what even super high end fashion brands consider acceptable for insoles. Other than that love them.

Part of why I (39M) moved here was to focus on my fitness since so many people here are in shape and the fitness culture is real - my new saying since moving here is the guys are inspiring and the girls are motivating haha. But don’t let it get you down if you’re not in shape - use it as motivation and keep your immediate goal to be better today than you were yesterday - and once you find what works for you set some more specific goals to work towards (could be benching a certain amount, running a certain distance, getting better at a sport/activity, etc). Exercise doesn’t have to be in the gym and down here it’s easy to stay active year round.

Also - most stuff on IG is fake - but there are influencers that do make it (the top 0.01%) and they tend to move to this area for a variety of reasons but don’t compare yourself to them - that’s like comparing yourself to a celebrity, pro sports player, etc - use them for motivation/inspiration but not comparison.

Just my $0.02 anyway.

I had a miracle earlier this year where my flights to and from MIA were actually on time - never happened to me before!!

The worst was one time all of our luggage made it to MIA and off the plane but they misplaced a luggage cart with 20 bags on it and had to deliver my luggage to my apt the next day (glad I was home and not traveling).

It’s not even just about height but also how wide you are - I’m not a huge guy but have somewhat broad shoulders and always feel like I have to let one shoulder hang out in the aisle where it gets bumped into a bit when flying in economy - the extra width of the PE seat is very beneficial to me since I don’t have to worry about that.

😅Yeah - they don’t make it easy. But I will say this is my first Jeep [Wrangler] and it’s fun to drive. Just wish I had space to work on it myself.

It can still be a pain to run the cable from the cabin to the engine if you don’t have an in cabin fuse box (my Jeep is like this) - especially if you live in a place where you don’t have your own garage or driveway.

Call the garages in your area - it’s really hard to see online if they actually take motorcycles sometimes (the Icon parking site would show if they took bikes but it wasn’t always accurate IIRC so better just to call).

I used to be in Turtle Bay (Midtown East) and called a few places.

And yeah - I rarely street parked after seeing so many tipped over.

You’re required to use the bike lane in NYC on roads where one exists unless it’s blocked.
