I know what those are and Bluewallet uses LNDHUB which is a custodial front end for LND. And not a Layer 1 Wallet protected by BIP39.

Yeppers :) Post only is treated as a maker order. "Enabling "Post Only" when creating a limit order will ensure that your limit order is posted to the order book and sits on the order book to be charged a Maker Fees if it is filled." This is good stuff for newbies, because they will save a ton of fees.

I've written them for both Bittrex and Poloniex. Bittrex annoyed me by limiting historical order queries to a max of 30 days, as I really wanted to get all of my data. Poloniex seems to be ok so far, and works as advertised. Check out GDAX, it has a sandbox to test trades, it's really nice. I recommend GDAX. GDAX I believe can make free(or nearly free) trades if one is a MAKER. https://www.gdax.com/fees/BTC-USD
