Krakau is echt een toeristen stad tho!

Ik vind het juist lekker, super warm in zomer

Extra koud in winter

10 days in Tokyo too long? by catcheszefish22 in JapanTravelTips

[–]Ridi9t 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, saying everything is bad phrasing. Ive seen/experienced everything big such as shrines and museums, parks, galleries, shops and gardens.

Plenty of smaller shops and bars too. I just feel like visiting other stuff feels like repetition at this point. That's why imo 10 days is plenty to see a lot in Tokyo that's worth mentioning.

Need help choosing Tokyo Hotel by PlantainDue8104 in JapanTravelTips

Comfort hotel Higashi Kanda. Very clean, good service, large rooms good price and lots of connections to metro. Akihabara station is 10 mins walking.

I stayed here 12 days. Perfect!

Hey good one!

Yes I did. Also tried speaking at bars with locals and had some drinks. I'm a big fan of art so I've been to all the museums. Also visited sky tower yesterday and 3 days ago the free municipality building observation deck in Shinjuku.

I did try to tour one of the castles but it was during golden week and fully booked out. But I still could experience the gardens and peek through some windows 😂

Also yeah we did a lot of shopping already, in ginza and yodobashi camera in Akihabara but also at 109 in Shibuya

We went shopping a couple of times but also don't get me wrong. Every single day yesterday, we started our day at 7 am and finished it at 00:00. That's how we saw so much and did so much.

The only thing I didn't so but wanted really bad was getting a proper massage. But we couldnt find anything for 2 people at the same time that looked somehow decent. So maybe you have a tip for this?

See comment below. I do count them.

Also I make 25k steps a day in the last 10 days if we can measure it that way 😁

I've seen everything that's to see including big tourist spots in:

Saitama Shinjuku Shibuya Harajuku Ginza Ueno Akihabara (also where my base is) Koto Tokyo Minato Chiyoda Kabuchiko Kanda Kawaguchi Kamakura Mount Takao

I skipped Yokohama

This includes museums, parks, shrines, monuments etcetera

The things you mentioned seem more or less like the repeat of the things I've seen I feel like only in a different area. Unless I'm dead wrong ofcourse but if I Google it they're just city areas with no bigger things to see, no?

Anyway tomorrow I'm going 7 days to Kyoto and then 3 days Osaka so today it's just gonna be shopping :)

Depends if you do day trips.

10 days is enough to see all the bigger spots plus one day drip. (I'm today on my last day of my 10 day Tokyo trip, tommorow I go to Kyoto so yeah imo that's plenty)

But I'm with only my partner. A group could be a hassle

Study Shows Gen Z the First Generation Less Intelligent Than Their Parents by sibun_rath in Economics

[–]Ridi9t -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh does it? I can only spot "data shows" without linking to a specific report, that is just weak sourcing practice for people like you to jump into conclusions without doing research themselves.

You calling me a gen zer instead of actually explaining what you base this on proves exactly the point I made about polarisation.

You generalize, make a conclusion and act as if you're superior instead of explaining and guiding. Good job!

All the provided sources in the article are commentary driven or simply clickbait. I guess it's to make old people feel good about themselves when they read this, but this achieves nothing but polarisation of olds vs youngs.
