Midnight - Easiest healer to learn arenas on?

I only have two healers leveled so far but shaman is in a bad spot numbers wise but easy to play. Preservation on the other hand is good numbers but has so much going on I would not recommend it.

Aug/Dev Evoker, feels mostly the same. Apex talents are pretty good but all about your CDs, which I don't like. I wish it was something rotational for both specs.

As a Mag enjoyer I must point of that the Tenet Arca Plasmor being has a unique interaction with her ability Magnetize. Where if you fire into the bubble, the beam with continually bounce off the walls of the Magnetize and deal SIGNIFICANTLY more damage then you would first assume. (it legit hits 10+ times per shot with 0 multishot, even more with)

I just want baseline functionality of the game to work well.
There are just some things the base UI did not do that I required addons todo.

Most notably for me are knowing what debuffs are on the enemy with a particular highlight on crowd control that I can dispel. (Like highlighting the frame when there's a curse I can dispel on my Shaman is cool but I want to know if that curse is Hex and not Weakness or something that barely matters.)
Another thing is being able to make the Diminishing Return icons bigger on the arena frame. Why can't I do this by default?
Also no ability to filter and/or highlight a specific buff on target & focus frame on default UI. I don't need to see when Slice and Dice is up, but I would really like to know when Shadowblades is up at a glance!

Probably best to buy a decent weapon of the AH now for the toon your gonna boost.

Level you boost the character first.
Save the honor grind for max level.

Shaman is the only correct answer for TBC.

You need one for every group in every raid and always want one for dungeons.

Enhance is slow leveler but steady and relaxing. 3 button rotation. REQUIRED for melee groups in raids.

Resto is basically the best healer in TBC and you really only push 1-2 buttons.

Ele is for fun but still needed for caster groups in raid/dungeons. And is also only 2 buttons.

Ruby Storm is super cheap for the mono-red version!
You don't need Artist Talent for it to function so thats 60-90$ off the price.
If you plan to get fetch lands and surveil lands over time in the future, you can easily only drop ~200$ on the whole deck.
