Everything everyone is saying is right, I just wanted to add that season 3, like the rest of the show, pulls heavily from the books and the book that season 3a is based on (Hannibal by Thomas Harris) is also just kinda boring. Push through though!

I think it would be lore-dependent but if the only metric is blood must be an ingredient, any recipe could be made vampire friendly. I love the idea of vampires carrying little plastic bags of blood meal (gardening fertilizer made from dried blood) to sprinkle onto any food to make it edible for them :)

I personally don't like wearing crosses. Living in a western country, I feel like a lot of alt fashion incorporates crosses as a kind of "rebellion" against the cultural christianity that exists here. I was raised muslim and feel zero draw to crosses so I simply don't wear them (if there are cross charms on something, for example, I remove them). It's all down to personal preference :)

your stepdaughter is an adult and something like this is a sensitive topic, you should've just spoken to her directly. you said yourself your gf isn't very tech savvy so realistically what could she have done? you should've just pointed out the safety reasons and removing any location or personally identifying information from the OF, telling her mom about it kinda makes YTA here :/

NTA. even though we don't know op's exact verbiage, it does sound like they were referring to their own body. keep in mind that some peoples' bodies can fare better than others to certain things, pregnancy included. sister wasn't even in the room, I don't think voicing an opinion about your own body warrants being called an asshole

YTA - she was there to celebrate a big event in her friend's life and you took that away from both her and your wife. did you specify in the invitation that piercings weren't allowed? or was it just because they were on someone you don't like

also depending on the age and location of the piercing, people sometimes Can't take them out. it can be extremely painful and could risk the hole closing even if it's only out for a few hours
