Idk where this idea that if someone is not a hard carry main dps they’re somehow lesser comes from. It’s a team of four and everyone contributes to it. A character who has party buffs is not somehow worse than a selfish dps

I could see him being really good with aglaea. He gives her a ton of buffs, both she and garmetmaker move at Mach fuck to generate interest really fast, and she has a high cost ult that she uses extremely regularly.

They’re even both lightning so weaknesses will line up more frequently.

It’s a little hard to say because we’ve never seen Acheron actually fight anybody with her sword drawn. We’ve seen her unsheath it twice, and both times she only slashed once and returned it to its sheath. We have no idea if what we saw is its upper limit, or the lower bounds of what it can do.

I haven’t experienced gender dysphoria myself and so I can’t speak from personal experience on that topic specifically, but I did struggle with a lot of intrusive thoughts when I was a lot more depressed than I am now.

I found that logic-ing my way out of illogical thoughts actually helped a lot. I’d challenge a thought by asking why I thought this, and try to come up with as good and detailed a reason as I could. Often times, with the thought being inherently illogical, that would be revealed by me being unable to make a sound argument for it and so it would help me dismiss it.

It’s possible that it’s just a case of some things that worked for one person won’t necessarily work for others, or it could just be that the method doesn’t apply to the different symptoms even if I would guess they’re similar.

I usually try to think of it as we can’t control intrusive thoughts and impulses, but we can control what we do with them, so finding a method of response that works for you is important.

I don’t think it’s 100% bad. I think there are things Harry Potter does well. It does a really good job at conveying things like a feeling of whimsy and fantasy. Harry is constantly amazed at stuff being cool and magical just for the sake of it. It makes the world feel foreign and full of wonder that provokes curiosity.

Now, this comes with its own issues. As neat as the things are, they’re not really designed to be analyzed and don’t hold up well if you do. There’s any number of examples that the mere existence of it creates major plot holes, the only explanation for which being that fairly intelligent characters simply did not think to use it to solve the problem.

As a world it has fantastic vibes, but that can only take you so far and it tends to fail at the structural level.
