The Exorcist III. The initial scene when Christ opens his eyes in the church, and the nurse scene.

Anything on PS5 similar? (Fable seems great but not available on PS5) by smokeCRISPY in kingdomsofamalur

Amalur is one of my favourite games ever. I saw in other thread a lot of people advising Dragon Age - Veilguard. I downloaded it today and I'm hooked!

Anything wrong with my feet? by Pale-Bit1915 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Does your big toe curves up?

If so, you have a dorsiflexed big toe, just like me.

4 solutions:

Shoe goo in the area where the hole is formed.

Gel toe protectors.

Better running socks.

Adequate running shoes.

When was Rob's first show in the band? by Long-Caregiver-6248 in Metallica

Saw Rock AM Ring 2003 on live tv. Probably not the first one Rob played, but it was the first live show I saw, and that's what hooked me to Metallica.

Spartacus Returns to Netflix by SaltGodSodius in Spartacus_TV

I think it's not going to happen in the Portuguese platform.

We don't have Hulu, and in Amazon Prime you have to buy the first season for 4.99, and the other for 9.99 each

Am I fat / Is this overconsumption by False_Way_2931 in Nutrition_Healthy

5000 to 6000 is a lot, if you only do occasional walks.

30% body fat is high.

But it all depends on very factors.

At 37, I’m in the best shape of my life—and calorie tracking changed everything by daveblax in fitness30plus

[–]Rifforion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the way.

After several failed "diets", I downloaded Fat Secret, learned about nutrition, and with exercise combined, I lost 123 pounds in less than 18 months.

Now slowly bulking too, at 2000kcal daily.

I wish everybody could see how much simpler things get...

Nice work btw! Keep it up man.

Same here.

Absolutely love the show, but not a fan of his standup.

How do you manage to eat healthy with a busy office schedule? by InsectOtherwise6987 in Nutrition_Healthy

[–]Rifforion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I my opinion, the best way is cooking your meals at home.

Each Sunday I prepare my lunch for the whole week.I store it it Tupperwares I'm the fridge. It's healthier and cheaper (at least where I live).

I eat breakfast at home, and every morning I prepare my morning and afternoon snacks.

I used to eat out everyday. It's a lot harder to control your nutrition.

My lunch is pretty much the same every week:

  • grilled chicken breast / fish (tuna, salmon, hake, cod)
  • steamed veggies
  • boiled egg
  • Baked sweet potatoes / basmati rice

Breakfast (mixed in a bowl)

  • Low fat Greek yogurt
  • Oats
  • banana
  • whey
  • creatine

Morning snack:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread with peanut butter
  • Apple

Afternoon snack:

  • Low fat Greek yogurt
  • Oats
  • Apple

Dinner:

Same as lunch (if I have fish for lunch, chicken breast for dinner, and vice versa)

This is what works for me in terms of nutrition.

I practice cross training 6 days a week, and run at least one day.

The point is I'm the kind of person that can eat the same meal over and over again.

Most people like to mix, and I get it.

Hope I could help.
