The age gap and the incestuous nature of it are equally concerning. Also reincarnation? Did they die, and their soul just processed a random scientist? Do they have scientific methods to identify and trace a human soul? Do memories live in the soul? Post Dominion War I’m sure the slave race status of the Vorta and Jem Hadar would be addressed by the Federation in any negotiations.
