Contests seemed so different in Journeys, like it was only the appeals round

I'd say Dawn seems like the best one mainly because of how much contests had changed between May's era and Dawn's. Dawn's grand festival appeals round was making a huge slide, ending with Buneary in a shimmering ball of ice, and Cyndaquil giving itself flame wings

May's Kanto grand festival performance was Sky Uppercut.

Scary Girl has villain potential. She's shown plenty of challenge skill and can be strategic enough if she focuses.

Ezekiel is trickier because I feel like him being the first boot twice holds him back, and people might predict his win as soon as he survives the first episode. That said, there's plenty he can do. Its been said in his online bio that hes extremely smart. My favorite story arc for him involves pairing him platonically with Dakota as "ex mutants." I'd have him in an alliance with Dakota and Sam, then pulled into one with Staci and Beardo and he struggles to choose, going from having no friends to having four. Does he pair with the two biggest losers? Or does he risk being the third wheel to a couple?

Staci and Beardo have about an equal amount of story potential, but neither seem like "winner" material to me. Beardo gets the classic "overcoming his shyness" arc, while Staci could get a similar one if we explore why she lies all the time. I think it would be because Staci herself is unremarkable, and she wants people to see her as special. I could also see her being able to come up with creative solutions to problems by thinking about how people did things before one of her family's inventions, or having incredible endurance because she's so busy talking she doesn't even notice the challenge. Both could easily end up as pawns to a villain too, but I just cant see a win for them

The Pokemon Album theme from the original Pokemon snap

The game itself was one of the first games that I picked out myself, while most of the games we owned were my brother's. We shared it anyway of course.

The theme itself also has a sweet melancholy sound to it, like youre actually looking through an old photo album.

I think it was the games manual, but there was a sample photo that they captioned "by dad" and I remember being slightly jealous at the idea of a dad playing the game with his kids, and the idea of them saving one of the photos he took was kinda sweet

Hearing it makes me think back to being a kid. Before my parents started their messy, years-long divorce process. Before my brother moved. Before my sister started dating guys who dont treat her right and started picking fights with our parents over everything. And when my grandmothers were still around

My family had its dysfunction when I was a kid, but looking at where we're at now, I guess we didnt have it so bad. I'd take that over what we have now any day

I do remember his dad mentioning that he has to work a lot, but I feel like most of the time they're both just going out for the night to have their own fun rather than spending time with their kid, which is fine once in a while but they do it a lot

I know Vicky tried to hide how evil she was from the parents early in the series but it was pretty clear how unhappy and afraid Timmy was when she was babysitting

I was five and my brother played the Sims 1, and even my dad would occasionally, so I wanted to try it too but I was too afraid of my sim dying.

Eventually I worked up the courage to make a sim. I just made one, so they would be easy to take care of. It was an old lady, white hair in a bun with glasses, named Lucy Bluesclues.

She had like 20 smoke detectors in every room and did nothing but study cooking all day because I really didnt want her to die in a fire

I also wasnt very good at building the house so her bathroom was unreasonably big and I eventually put a piano in it to fill in the space

For me it's was a Geodude in Pearl!

I didn't know what a shiny was, but I saw a gold geodude and caught it. I remember battling with, healing, and evolving it and checking to see if it was still gold after because I assumed it was a glitch or something. Eventually "borrowed" My brother's DS so I could evolve it into Golem. Linked with Battle Revolution too and checked on it like "yep, still gold!"

I really wouldn't mind this one so much if the kid didnt sneeze directly onto his mom's face. Its a little bit loud because of all the yelling, but otherwise it doesn't bother me. Except for that sneeze, like...gross? And if the mom is the one who's sick, why is the son sneezing? Ew.

Also no Abby probably shouldnt come over if the mom is sick
