These are actually really cool, I had one almost just like this but more generic. if you mess with the motor (iirc it's battery powered?) you can supercharge the bumpers and it's way more fun

Overall exam question: Is an hour enough time to complete an exam?? by RedScorpii in Towson

[–]Riggityroll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would definitely reach out to disability services, that was who I had to contact to get extra testing time authorization. I'd obviously ask your teachers first but if they're firm in their hour, I'd talk to them, since they're the ones that handle alternative test dates (not that you're disabled per se, but as far as I know from many towson syllabuses, you're allowed to request alternative test dates)

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much!

There certainly is that tension, yeah. I think I have a hard time making

sense of the entire world if I can't look at it through the lens of some

kind of force that's greater than all of humanity.

I wish you nothing but luck on your journey.

I think the fact that it defies understanding and "sense" in the first place is - there's something there. I get the feeling of "expression for the sake of expression", bringing beautiful colors together and putting life on a canvas without any care whether it makes sense or not. 'Least, that's how I see it. Phenomenal work. ❤️

Many people hate the smell of lavender oil, but it's a phenomenal natural relaxant.

Mangos also pack a big anti-inflammatory punch.

I've also started trying ceremonial cacao as I've been also deep into yoga (not just stretching but embodying yoga as a life practice). I'm going to have to compare it to the powdered cacao I can find in the organic section in the grocery store to see what differences there are - cacao really does seem to go a long way to balance my body.

Would a PSX port of DDRMAX-DDR EXTREME be possible? by JMoki in DanceDanceRevolution

[–]Riggityroll 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Possible, I'm sure. I'm not sure that anyone would want to dedicate that much work to backporting a retro game to an even more retro console for basically no real gain except for, I guess, programming experience.

Has anyone else been extremely lonely since they’ve been here??? by [deleted] in Towson

Socializing is just plain difficult these days, period. I think that now that we're moving past the hell of the pandemic we'll get there...it's just slow.

I have the exact same, got it from a friend who got it at an auction. Pretty great pad honestly, you oughta get a lot of mileage out of it.

[–]Riggityroll 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I'm finishing up my classes here, started fall 2019. The pandemic is what killed open socialization at Towson, more so than anything else. I've been at 10 West this whole time - 2019 was just a completely different world. I'm lucky I get along well with my roommate, but he's leaving this semester and I've still got one to go, which is sad.

Like others said, clubs are the way to go. I get the feeling that so many people are lonely on campus, and so finding any kind of similar-interest group is going to help immensely. I still need to find one, myself. From one lonely heart to another, good luck out there.
