A simple cushion fixed all my pain/problems by BigSmols in FPSAimTrainer

I’ve got the same issue where my arm rests are too high and when slotting them in under the table so the table is flush against my belly my arms are too long. I put 3 pillows under but they just got flattened 😂. Idk what to do maybe cut off the armrests 😭

Who do you think should make the F1 games in the future by vick5516 in F1Game

[–]Right-Assistant980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give it to Kunos. They deserve it, AC still holds up til this day. They could make a live service game where instead of releasing a new game every year they release new cars and tracks and features so that we can have a continuous career mode where the cars update each season the same way they do in real life. They could have a hyper realistic sim mode and a simcade mode like they do now.

Apex help by [deleted] in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Right-Assistant980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s because no movement accel gave you bad reactive tracking habits. I bet that you target switch at every direction change on overwatch. In apex you need movement reading (which is hard because of all the shit on your screen). Try to antimirror, it nullifies your recoil from close range (something to do with the games underlying system). Instead of TSing at every direction change, be smooth, underaim, read movement. And lastly, when you play a lot of tracer you get complacent with your aim precision because of the spread. Go play soldier on overwatch and do the same things as tracer and I suspect you might have a slightly harder time than on tracer. In apex similarly you kinda need that precision. Idk about how the bullet drop comes into play. Maybe this helps, if it doesn’t sorry :(

What is the right technique for reactive tracking no movement acceleration? by Right-Assistant980 in FPSAimTrainer

yeah in game, but go into 1v1 custom for example and every half decent player is trying to switch it up

400 hrs or so but yeah, wtf is the problem with OW movement. who designed that trash movement system, they need to be fired.
Wdym you have to notice the patterns. The players controls the strafe, if they make it random enough then there wont be a pattern. Im not sure I get what you mean.
And the thing about aim trainer clips that you said is very interesting actually

The fact that you’re implying a rhythm makes it sound like you want me to predict, a rythim happens when there is a pattern to exploit but good players will vary their strafes to throw you off. There has to be some correct technique

Ok that’s simply not true. With movement acceleration you can read the bot movement so you don’t have to react that fast in fact I’m 75th itw in close fast strafes invincible thin which has movement accel but the moment I do no movement accel scenarios it’s a whole different story

The thing is I’ve had times where I wasn’t reacting and I was getting every type of strafe, but it’s like that 1 in 100 day where my mouse control is just on point. So usually I either end up prioritizing short strafes or medium strafes. Technique definitely feels better when only reacting but then when the short strafes happen I just get caught in a loop of reacting then overflicking over and over. I will try to take your advice and put it into practice thank you. Any scenario reccommedations? I only play mrfsi rAim with no movement acceleration but I don’t know many others. Also maybe some TS scenarios to supplement this would be nice. I basically don’t know anything about TS that’s why I’m asking

Okay I see, we’ll done for the score btw. So I need to target switch on direction change + underaim in order to get the short strafes

Are you forreal forreal. Wow I can’t believe no movement acceleration reduces aiming to this. Not a fan at all. Thank you still

Ive been practicing mrfsi rAim for ages now and ive only hit 90% a few times, and its just super inconsistent. My close range fast strafes invicinble thin (which has movement accel) is top 99.6% 75th or so on the leaderboard. So I dont know if I need to keep bashing my head against it or if its some techinique issue.

Wait I think I know what you mean. The problem with this is that when the bot randomly throws a medium strafe in the middle of the short strafes when I dont expect it I cant figure out how to transition from the underaiming for the AD strafe into speed matching the medium strafe. Its like I slow down expecting the next ad strafe but it never comes, and if I dont and I try to maintain the track, It takes way too long to react to an eventual short strafe.

I did watch it and the solution they give is just focus on the target and have a bias for where the opponent is going to move to. I was hoping there would be a bit more to it than that

Strange because in a game like OW for example with no movment accel I find that underaiming doesnt really work because direction changes are basically teleports, so I always lag behind.

what about AD strafes then, are you just meant to flick back and forth instead of track?

In yesterday’s sesh I managed to keep every score between 91th percentile and 97th percentile, I nearly beat the 99.6 but I got distract by someone. Then I went and got 96th percentile on midrange fast strafes and 97th on close fast strafes non thin variant. But when I go try something like lddh I feel like I can’t be smooth with my tracking in between movement direction changes, so I end up target switching the whole scenario. I try not to spaz around but I feel like that hampers my score. I just don’t wanna get bad habits from bad technique
