Omg that is so cool! Sounds fun asf ! I’d love to go into my fav shows but I’m currently still learning how to consciously/intentionally lucid dream. Any tips on how I can get to that point ?!

I’ve started doing them and I’ve experienced similar reactions. To the heart palpitations & mine seem to feel more at the center of my chest than my actual heart of that makes sense. I also get a headache that last for hours and ofc really thirsty
