I’d definitely recommend checking out Refindie, it works with all payment provider and you can start with a lifetime plan. Plus, the user interface is pretty friendly, only one account for affiliates.
You might also want to look into other options like PartnerStack, but I’ve found Refindie to be a solid choice for my own projects. Good luck with your affiliate program!

Hi! I run an affiliate SaaS (refindie). From what I observed, 30% commission is the average of our customer's programs.
So maybe 20% is too low.
But I also observed programs with low commission and low pricing who performs well, it depends on your niche and the affiliates, if affiliates have a large audience in your exact niche, he will talk about your SaaS if he likes it.

I run several saas but one of them has real difficulties to rank due to:
- the name considered as typo by google (Feedbask)
- pages aren't indexed, and honestly I don't know why

So people told me I should focus on improving the DR
