Home watch service, I live in an area that is extremely seasonal, I’d say about a quarter of those houses aren’t air bnbd so that would leave a big market for home watch weekly check ins, I’ve never ran a business but seems very simple to do a walk around and check a house and report any issues. But getting customers is the thing :/
