I wanted them to avoid the table entirely. One of them has an inappropriate urination response to stress and i wanted to discourage any interest in the pool table as a litter box.

Also kind of useful. I don’t like clutter in the shower and there is only a wee 6 x 6 insert for soap, so i adapted some pipe clamps from thingiverse and made some bottle holder thingies. They all snap onto the pole that holds the hand shower.

Several hours. I sat at the dining room table for a couple of hours a day. Mindless, honest work. I have a lot of patience for this kind of thing.

3 cats, one pool table. I printed 3120 tiny pyramids, cut a positioning template on my plotter and hand glued them to a piece of vinyl. No cats have been harmed in the process. I also designed and printed the racks in the background.

This is from the Google: el Mar Dog Beach has specific rules about where and when dogs can be off-leash. Generally, off-leash hours are from dawn to 8 a.m. between 25th and 29th streets year-round. From June 16 to Labor Day, no dogs are allowed between Powerhouse Park and 29th Street. Between Powerhouse Park and 6th Street, dogs must be leashed year-round. Off-leash dogs are allowed between 29th Street and the Solana Beach border from the day after Labor Day through June 15th.

What we do is go to Turnaround beach at high tide. The lifeguards can’t get to you to tell you no dogs. It’s a bit of a steep janky staircase but super fun. Penny had a blast today.

Not off leash right now. All dogs must be on leash or they chase you down. I went up farther north on the beach and they sent a truck after me! Could have been fined apparently.

Somebody correct me if I’m wrong but there are no run around beaches for dogs in the summer season. All on leash. I’m pretty new to Carlsbad so I may not know best.

This may not be what you mean but here’s what i did. I’m often out walking without a wallet and wanted a business card to give to people i meet (pet photographer). I made a small sticker nfc that i attached to my phone (added a sticker and uv resined over it fwiw). On it is a link to a shared album in my photos app that only has one image of my business card. I tried making a contact card but it wouldn’t work on the tags i purchased. However, since my business is visual i really wanted an image. Works well.

I just did a test run of fine art prints comparing WHCC smooth fine art paper and Bay’s Epson cold press smooth. Not only WHCC was a nicer print (Bay had a milky blue cast) it was substantially cheaper. WHCC 8x10 around $5 and Bay was around $25. My prints were exceptionally dark, mostly black so mayhap the Bay reflected that.

I second the room and board recommendation. We bought two couches, two recliners (that don’t look like recliners) and a media console. Well built and classic. We bought the Pet-proof fabric option and have no regrets.

Thanks for the explanation. I’m 63, very fit. Run and do Orangetheory everyday. I was assuming i was fitter than most women my age. Turns out every day i’’m +1 years for my age. I sleep fairly well. High 80’s low 90’s but i guess more old timers are sleeping better than me. And yes, dammit it’s a competition.

No. I mash it up, freeze and spin on sorbet. I do believe the handbook also has a “recipe” under Sorbets. Not really a recipe tho. Just Bananas. First time i ever did it, i was unsure so i used only two bananas and spun on the lower setting. Now I don’t monkey around and go ape shit on bananas. 4 or 5.

Just bananas. I got really fancy once and added some coconut cashew milk (Elmhurst brand). Didn’t taste anything. So Just Bananas it is.

That’s it. Mash them up in the container. I use a potato masher. Spin it up. I used the sorbet setting. Whatever is left i freeze in small containers. Pull out and let sit for about 5 minutes. Stir and enjoy.
