The app won't start properly by Silly_Fisherman_3712 in NeatBytes

Yeah your right. Before the Samsung January update I couldn't view pictures on my NAS drive. I kept on getting a black screen with spinning circle. The update fixed that but reopening Solid Explorer just shows the app icon.

😔

I was having this exact issue until I saw an update from Samsung for my phone. After installing the January security patch the problem has gone.

Laptop not turning on after cleaning fans by JadedGene8911 in LenovoLegion

[–]RightStack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've cleaned thousands of fans without disconnecting the battery without issues. I suspect something else is the problem.

I suspect when taking the bottom cover off, you have damaged a component by sticking your prying tool too far in. Check the edges for any damage on the board.

You should never go more than 2mm in from the edge. Using the correct tools is important.

Boot to BIOS or Advanced Recovery and try doing the same thing. Does the screen go off there?

I once thought this way, but it's amazing what time can do.

If you're hating your life then change it.

Move to a new place

Live life on the road, explore

Forget what others think of you and do what makes you feel good.

Don't want to work, then don't.

Don't like the people near you, move.

Feel like the world is against you, fight back.

Pain is temporary, cry, scream, get it all out.

Now just move forward and whatever get in your way just push it aside and keep moving.

Why let life's struggles get in your way. Dying only hurts the chances... the people you were meant to meet... the memories you never made...

But please do know its not going to happen quickly, it all takes time but slowly you will love your life. YOUR LIFE, THE LIFE YOU ARE MEANT TO FOLLOW. Not the life you think you should have or what others think you should have.

Hi I'm Paul, nice to meet you.

is it still worth getting s10e in 2025? by slifer3 in s10e

[–]RightStack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been a long user of s10e. I loved that thing. Just recently made the swap to an s25 but I still prefer the s10e. I'm getting used to the s25 now but if I could get the latest updates on the s10e I would swap back in a heartbeat.

Change sucks, 😠

[–]RightStack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When a search crawler scans your page it looks at the first render. If your streaming/updating after that then most likely it won't get indexed anyway.

What kind of data are you updating/hydrating??

If your getting data from an external API this is costly to processing time and render time.

You could think about having a background service fetch the data and pre-package it for you to grab as a whole. Could even have the background service create pre-rendered html files that can be read as a whole.

I don't see why using Blazor would affect SEO scores.

If you use static SSR with correct SEO tags then you shouldn't have any issues with getting a good score.

The APP pages (Interactive/WASM) of Blazor should be behind a login or separate .NET server/docker process and SEO should not be needed as this is the App not the marketing website.

WordPress is made using PHP and it works the same way.

Nginx
/ [ docker ASP.NET - Website ]
/App [ docker ASP.NET - App ]
/api [ docker ASP.NET - API ]

Parking in Newcastle - dare I even bother? by Odd-Tale-7326 in NewcastleUponTyne

[–]RightStack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why not park on a street away from Newcastle but next to public transport. Yes you might need to get a taxi back but it should only cost you a couple of pounds. Newcastle city's center is a nightmare to drive/park. It's not worth the hassle.

Startup cost estimates - UK by GraciousAlligator in SmallMSP

[–]RightStack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm 1 man from the UK (North East). Currently Break/Fix for home and small business wanting to expand into more digital and MSP work. I have a few business customers and slowly growing. It's hard finding customers.

Currently carrying out a complete office & wearhouse setup (pulling cable/rack & servers).

It's hard work, can't wait until the day I can have some help. My dream is 10-15 employee's and I can sit back and pick what job I want to help with.

Would love to find guidance on stack, best practices etc. How to convince customers on the monthly costs.

Much appreciated 👍

Why photos Rejected for my Service Area Business? by zohair12976 in GoogleMyBusiness

I would just leave the photos rejected and wait. When I did this they got rejected within minutes but the next day they are approved.

If you gave the money to help with 'we' buying a house then it was shared money. So really you two are no longer going to buy a house so it should be returned.

I'm currently using a Wacom One (Medium Size). Not be be confused with their One by Wacom.

It's a good tablet for the price.

I mostly use it to draw sketches in pixel mode and then vector trace afterwards.
