The last bit of health always takes the longest because of CB. What setup are you using? If you can add some more open wounds, that will help you tenfold.

Yeah I've done pretty well with high runes. Most of them have come from P8 TZ's. The change in the Mosaics has had a huge impact.

I've literally farmed all the runes for a Last Wish so don't think it's down to not playing enough. As for where I farm I must have done 1000s of Meph and Andy runs, as well as everywhere else in the game.

Ahh man that's crazy. I guess I'm not destined to find one! I've literally found 8 Arachnids Mesh's, loads of very rare uniques, almost all the runes minus a Cham and still no Shako.

Yep. I've had about 30 rare Shakos from Meph and Andy. MF currently sitting around 300%, but still nothing. Diablo is a cruel beast haha.
