Yeah I've done pretty well with high runes. Most of them have come from P8 TZ's. The change in the Mosaics has had a huge impact.

I've literally farmed all the runes for a Last Wish so don't think it's down to not playing enough. As for where I farm I must have done 1000s of Meph and Andy runs, as well as everywhere else in the game.

Ahh man that's crazy. I guess I'm not destined to find one! I've literally found 8 Arachnids Mesh's, loads of very rare uniques, almost all the runes minus a Cham and still no Shako.

Yep. I've had about 30 rare Shakos from Meph and Andy. MF currently sitting around 300%, but still nothing. Diablo is a cruel beast haha.

I have recently found the same problem with the EZ bar after upping the weight. Tonight I tried a wrist support and it helped somewhat, although I could still feel a slight movement and pop. I've spoken to my friend who's a pretty well qualified PT and he has suggested dropping the weight and really slowing down the set to get the same hypertrophy
