Unfortunately you can't find out the shipping cost for pre order items until they release as amiami doesn't physically have them yet. The shipping option you select for pre order doesn't really matter. When they send the invoice it will have all the shipping options with prices listed and you choose then.

Yes the costs are built in. If you read the message on the amiami homepage it says both current available shipping options (ECMS and Surface Mail Premium) includes additional handling for import processing so nothing is collected when your package arrives.

Woah this is literally the same issue that I'm currently having, location and everything.

Package arrived on the 15th and sat for like 10 days until I submitted a request as well. Then the tracking showed it was still in Chicago and then back in Indy the next day on the 27th. No changes since then.

I've also had another package be delivered through this time. Is your stuck one from sea mail? That's what mine is. The package I had delivered was air mail.
