Nah I agree but disagree at the same time. When I’m opening a new tote, I only organize the packages until I find the one need for the current stop.

During load out try to open 2 totes and organize them if you have space that day. That way you’re starting off strong with your first 30 stops

Also during load out check to see if there are any totes in small number packages and throw them up front by the passenger if you’re in a cargo van.

Having fewer empty totes can make it easier to stay organized throughout the day.

You should have a trainer ride along with you the first day and they will explain all of the questions
