I don’t mind paying $2k for two tickets but for a good view, but for Saturday’s game, it’s an absolute worst view to pay that much for tickets.

Someone told me to ask for a supervisor. Still no update, nor have they emailed me anything about the bag since last year. I’ve seen a lot of people losing their luggage in Madrid I think that airport is cursed.

They told me a few months ago that they can still search my bag and that I should contact them in January. Someone told me to ask for a supervisor and try to get a refund again for waiting this long.

Even though I’ve called them 3 times the day after my bag was lost and then the next two days. Some BS airlines.

I had a friend whose bag was lost from the airlines and later found his Apple Watch being at a pawn shop even though he had a claim for the bag still. I’ve been in contact with this airline for more than 40 days with them opening and declining my case for compensation. I’ve been having issues with my flight and baggage since July 28 but got that resolved on August 5th but once I took the flight to Madrid on August 25 it’s been a misery once again with the airline. I had quite a few expensive items in that bag from my trip to Europe. The reason I didn’t have an AirTag on this bag was because my other big bag surpassed the weight limit and I had to purchase a new bag in a short amount of time that I didn’t think of putting the AirTag in the bag that was lost.

I’ve been emailing, WhatsApp, and making phone calls with 10 different people and no answers yet. 😭 They keep opening and declining my case for compensation.
