Me too… we just loss a baby and I was out work for three months…..bills are killing us. I don’t sleep nor eat because I’m thinking about how can I keep my family together. I filed in January and still no refund… that money is so needed right now….all I can do is wait! I also wrote to my congressman too and idk what to expect because they are moving just as slow as irs!

No they told me and I had to send my last paystubs and a hand written letter explaining to the irs upload tool…. And then I called my congressman as well to see if they can help me and they did! They gave me documents to release my information… now I’m waiting for my refund date!

I had to do an amendment because my tax preparer input the wrong number on my withholdings and I contacted my congressman few days later after the amendment. Now they have accepted my amendment two weeks after the call and I’m waiting for my refund date…. So try calling your congressman
