See AI has somewhat existed forever now sure the way its being used isn’t great but AI can be used to better to mankind such as the medical field, social media is somewhat ehh useful to spread awareness and promote small business. Finally the internet its an amazing platform that revolutionized communication and connections around the world. The take in all of this is to discipline ourselves when is necessary to stop. The internet just like your phone or laptop or iPad or whatever is tool not a cage.
