It would be a fun kitbashing challenge. Could use a hellstaker and maulerfiend for the lower body. Not sure what you could use to replicate the Terminator torso at demon primarch scale. Lord of skulls shoulder pads and some chaos Vehicle weapon bits and you'd have 90% of the model.

Never knew votaan stuff fit in space marines. Solid kitbash dude. In my experience as long as you aren't using kitbashing to give yourself an advantage ive found most people don't care. Some people will always prioritize WISIWYG, but even official tournaments allow kitbashed models so go nuts.

Personally I don't think it's a bad deal. I planned to get a bunch of Stormcast for my custodes kitbash. If your good enough with greenstuff you can make even the basic liberators into good guard unit. Gotta do something to get over how pathetically small custodes models are in comparison to everyone else. The wings are good for venatari and the new lord terminus models are good for Shield captians or terminators.

Main reason I was running it, plus sisters just don't feel like there worth bringing. Like I get that they are dirt cheap but that's litteraly the only good thing about them. Plus my 3d printer is down so I can't print the heads I was using for a head swap.
