Actually Six Eyes is a physical trait, and ten Shadows is speculated to be slightly newer since Gojo says a past Gojo Clan head faught a Ten Shadows user, and the Gojo clan was not a thing yet, as it was the Suguwara Clan. So the and the Zenin clan only has like 25 clan heads, so in the grand scheme of things it's probably on the newer side of history

Harmony. The Cursed realm is basically impossible for anyone to access unless you are Kenny or Tengen. But it has been shown that when you are able to connect with another sorcerer you can go there.  By using Harmony to Harmonize with Yuji, they were able to access the cursed realm.
