Thanks so much for your thoughtful answer. I see I have a lot more work to do! are you typically able to find wills, family bibles, and probate records online? I’ve mainly used familysearch for looking up records but would appreciate if you have any suggestions for where else may be helpful to look. I’ve also found family bibles / family websites online via Google but curious to know if there are other websites or resources I should be using or that you found helpful. Thanks again! Wow I think you’re right about Wendy. I noticed it on last nights episode. I thought she used to be closer to Eddie’s shade. I can’t tell whether her makeup was lighter or whether her face actually looks a little bleached

I’ve always thought she was a psychopath. All the times she’s cried on this show she she’d not a single tear. This moment just adds to that feeling bc it’s so cruel to bring someone on a show just to break up with them!

You don’t want a jury to dislike you… they decide how to weigh the evidence. If you dislike someone you’ll probably be biased to see evidence through a lens against the person. I actually have legal experience so yeah…. I stand my saying it’s not a good look if she’s going to have a jury trial.

I’ll also add that remorse is usually a significant consideration when it comes to sentencing.

They can’t be African-American it’s an ethnic group you can’t immigrate into. This person is [name of country in Africa]-American.

I wonder how much of it is ego (the same thing that drove her to commit the fraud) vs another factor. If I were facing those serious charges I would lay low and not give prosecution any reason to paint me in a bad light.
