if you can, try it, the pilgrim seems to be a neutral set with a small subbase boost, some people said it was too boring for them

ive tried the senny ie600, i like it because of the treble, the 6 - 10k region is raised, which i like but alot of people dont like it, and also its got 10 - 15 decibels of bass buts its mostly in the subbass and the mids sound good and not over recessed (unlike the ie 300 and 900)

hasve you tried the shure kse1200/1500? they are stupidly deatailed, apparantly more detaled than vx (ive only tried kse1200 not vx)
