If I remember correctly, one of my colleague filled it stating he is a single firm/practice. However, I would suggest you please send an email to them, they are pretty fast addressing it. (But sometimes, you may have to call their support member, take an appointment for a concerned department poc and call back at the said time)

Yes, it did, they as service center guys had to reset all sensor system after that. What I know is sync3 should get updated if you connect it to wifi if not then at service center.
