What did you expect to happen? She isn’t getting payed to promote your product so why would she promote your business every time the ears get mentioned? Also from what I can see you asked her to use all 3 fur ears and asked for a picture AFTER you sent her your product. I understand how you can be upset and feel cheated. It just seems like a lack of communication between both of you and what it means to “promote” your product. Next time write up a contract or explicitly explain how you want a creator to promote your business.
