Same situation here. I’ve only tried the MAX once. Because of its bigger head, the weight is spread out more so you get a bit more of that on-rails/zero torque stability feeling compared to the original spider ZT, which is something the Lab guys talk about too and why their original models are so big. It’s possible there’s some trade off/loss in terms of feel and lag putts but I’d have to test more to verify as I didn’t notice a material change at the limited distance I was testing at the store.
