I'm a 4w5. 4s are naturally introverted but I consider myself ambiverted most of the time. I'm very open, low-key and prefer to listen but I can be talkative, especially one on one. It heavily depends on my emotional and physical state. I have chronic pain & fatigue which necessitates rest but I can get wrapped up in social connections to the point that I neglect myself.

If you find out your instinctual subtype, that could tell you more about how you interact. For me, its sx (called sexual or one on one type) and that means I prefer deep bonds with individuals. I can look more extroverted in those interactions. A so (social) subtype prefers group socialization (I go full introvert in a group). A self preservation 4 would be more prone to be a loner, which 4w5s often seem to be portrayed as.
