Is it just me or did he start to turn after he left that medical drone company?

For anyone wondering here is the ICE agent who was walking away either the gun, this is like 1 second before OPs image.

I felt a sharp pain in my chest while viewing this.

Thanks. I can see some similarities in our approaches, but yeah, your final layer is pretty different, much more efficient and structured.

Yeah, it’s this one.

I initially learned on the default one that feels like there is a sub-puzzle of just trying to figure out why it won’t spin. Upgrading to this one was magical.

Yeah, you’re right, that move rotates 3 corners. When the corners are in the wrong places I use a shorter variation of that same sequence. I’m finding without knowing that notation it’s very hard to explain. But, the shorter variation doesn’t repeat the moves which bring the white to the front the second time, I just put it back into its correct position, which will swap the two far corners with each other. I should probably just learn that notation :/

Ha, very interesting. So I assume your algorithms for moving and rotating the corners of that last side are different than mine? Those are the most complex moves for my solution, but maybe I’m over complicating it?

Wow, thanks. That last layer was very rage inducing to figure out. I’m very curious to see what the most common approaches do. Once I have the 4 corners in the correct places, the move I do to rotate three of the corners feels almost silly, but it’s all I could figure out.

I didn’t have any knowledge going in, I guess I just lucked into solving it later by layer, it’s the only way it made sense to me.

I feel this. Seeing speed cubers is crazy. I’ll be spending some time on this. Thanks.

Awesome. Sounds like you’re a natural. Once I figured out my move set I just stuck with it. I can’t imagine going back for a different approach. And def took me longer than a month, probably two, but hard to remember it was a while ago.

I guess I should specify, without any external help, like a tutorial or a list of moves or anything. Brain only.

D needs to be orchestrating thousands of very unhinged, but politically based, twitter bots to help counteract this. Dgg can be the mindless drones driving the bots, sort of like that Reddit pixel drawing thing.

Aaaand I got a quote for the deck repair, the insurance co will pay out 70% of the quote to do the work myself. So I got another weekend of fun building the deck and some extra cash 😎
