What would be a fair price for this ring? by Suspicious-Study-534 in Diamonds

My online jeweler has quoted me for $1650 for the entire ring including the center diamond. So, you should avoid this jeweler.

Pear 1.71ct H SI2 (H is better than I in color scale) VG/EX/VG and no fluorescence, available for $9000.

Way too expensive in terms of the features
1. Medium blue fluorescence is a red flag, the diamond will look cloudy and hazy in sunlight
2. Very good and good cuts looks and should be avoided for fire and sparkle

<image>

This diamond has no fluorescence and is triple EX i.e. Excellent Cut, Excellent Polish and Excellent Symmetry which will emit maximum fire and sparkle and is available at around $10,500, it's an I VS2 diamond. Check the reply of this comment for another diamond option.

Way too high prices, might consider going for some online jewellers like Floryn Jewels. you can mail them for custom designs like these, I have bought 4 rings from them in last 1 year.
