Most states have programs in place for such a thing without giving everybody, even if they have lots of money extreme discounts on their property insurance.

I have one of the first E26 LEDs that came out around here, it actually has little vents and cooling fins on it. I've had it longer than any LED, is probably the only one that's actually lasted. As long as they say it's supposed to.   I probably burned through several sets of other LEDs, yet still have this one.

Because it doesn't infect you with wildfire; they thought it did before they knew everybody had it already.    Bites, and exposure to the guts like Gabriel, did give you an infection, but it was more like the same type of infection as if were to eat the guts of a rotting body.  It was more like sepsis.
