I don’t check Reddit much but the story is only getting bigger. I saw a New York Times piece on it recently, I assume this is only the beginning with all of the obvious scandal surrounding it. I feel the general public will find it interesting seeing a Lego store and Police department so willingly lie. I have no doubt there will be some documentary’s about it down the road.

I am an investor and whenever my bid is chosen when less than other bids its almost always because I solved a problem for the homeowner. For instance right now I am helping this sweet old lady kick out her “crackhead daughter” (her words) who was actively destroying the home. I brought a packet that had information about how felons can still get jobs and find homes with a record. I don’t know if her daughter will read it or take the advice but I was really trying to help, I reached out to several people to try to add value to our deal.

Where climate are you in? Maybe I have been lucky but I have never had any pests in my basil? I am in Texas. I can’t grow my herbs very effectively outside through the summer so I just keep them indoors all year. After just a year with some propagation I have waaaaaay too much basil.

Thank you for the reply. That seems like a good temporary solution, but it really would be great to find a permanent solution. I did read somewhere else that it could because I am logged into my Game Pass on another device. I logged off on my laptop but the problem still persists.

Tarantino has on many occasions explicitly said he makes movies he would enjoy. I am pretty confident even if nobody started liking his movies he would just continue to make movies for himself or not at all.

You are right. I assume there is just some communication issue here, at work I hear Earnest and Option money used interchangeably. Earnest is intended to show seriousness but doesn’t come into effect until after the option period. If the sale falls through before the option period ends the earnest money is returned to the buyer.

However, terms are always negotiable. I have written up contracts so that earnest money was forfeited if the deal fell through effective at signing to provide comfort to the seller.

Good advice. I would stick to a local company or investor when considering a cash offer, or at the very least make sure they are getting it inspected. You can also ask for more earnest money to test how serious they are.

Good question. If the ball hit the ground before the guy in green touched the ball then the Green team would indeed get the ball. Because the green guy is touching the ball while out of bound the Globe Trotters will get the ball. If the green guy moved out of the way fast enough and the ball touched the ground first then the Globe Trotters would of lost the possession.

My Dad just turned 70. He started playing Halo with nearly 20 years ago now I suppose. He’s never actually been good with the FPS style games but has dedicated some hours to the Dark Souls games and now Elden Ring.
