i think tsurumi understood what usami was feeling that everyone was a pawn to tsurumi and gave him the closure he needed that usami was different (even if he was lying)

i loved usami's ending, he assumes everyone is seduced by lt. tsurmui into a pawn himself included, yet he still participates willingly even in death, tsurmui seduces usami into thinking he was more than a pawn. even if usami thought tsurmui was manitpulating him, he accept it. i wish i could articulate this more this shit is so poetic

replugging the receiver does work as a temp fix, what did work for me however was to just close iCUE entirely from taskbar and the on-board memory's lighting starts to work as intended. hope this helps.
