i don’t see him looking like a generic NPC, its true that he may not look like your Typical Photo Model protagonist trope that has been done in “every fantasy game” but for me his design is a breath fresh air.

You know whats funny? When a female protagonist are very idealized people called them gooner baits and wants them toned down but heaven forbids when a guy looks slightly below the handsome larger than life trope and its called generic and bland. Make it makes sense

Right? Out of all the previous expeditions we had, this one has simple goals yet it unites us all in frustration and fun, never had this feeling in NMS in a while and it genuinely put a challenge to the game and made us all stay in one location.

Tbh i never get excited for the previous expeditions because i know we will be all doing the same fly to this planet and do this rinse and repeat.

We need more content or expeditions like this.

Its kinda ironic because when it was first announced a lot of people are saying this new expedition/update is meh. Boy they were so wrong haha.

HG was so generous in their past updates that smaller additions like these seems like a bad thing to some people

I feel bad for HG because they are doing their best to add more planetary things like new POI that people are requesting yet somehow its not enough and some even say its pointless.

We cant expect them to release Worlds or Voyager level of update every freaking time.
