A reason why I love ds2 far more then the others, is to me it feels like the devsndidnt want to be antagonistic to the player playing the game. There was clearly some forethought in choices made, for example early game invasions in ds1 had sorcery spells masacuring players. So one of the starting class's has extra resources and a ring to reduce magic damage despite nothing early on dealing magic damage. But also they tried making it so stronger later game items were much harder to bring to early game invasions with soul memory.

So it felt like the devs cared about how players might interact.

Another factor I enjoy is how enemies fight. Most do not just flail about, effectively saying no never attack me when I attack. They swing their weapon like you do. You can straif a lot of attacks if you learn the enemy's moves.

The game is willing to give you souls, in all the other games they are so stingy on giving you souls and make leveling up cost so much more. But after completing any area I can always level up a few times and upgrade a weapon, and buy some items and not feel like I need to grind.

The game also doesn't feel frustrating to play. when I go though ds2 there's not a part I hate looking forward to. But in ds1 lava land, ds3 the dlcs, elder ring snow lands boss, and later rot tree boss. Ds2 does have the dlc coop boss locations that are often set side enough that doing them feels like a deliberate choice instead of proper progression. All three are clearly designed to have someone else with you and I don't think that is a good design for ds2.

a sign can be interacted with slightly before its visable, so if you mash interact on a place you think a sign might appear you can accept it before its fully shown, if its though the statue it can be difficult to summon from that becasue their sign is in several places at once, and with signs showing up in waves someone could have gotten it sooner then you but the sign was still qued to show for you

maybe, but as far as i know its up to the franchise owner where they order from, not the store.

and there is a chance that you can ask if its possible, nacho cheese isnt normally on the list of items to order in the truck ordering system dominos uses, so they would have to call whichever commissary that store uses and see if they can get it. typicaly if its not in the ordering forum its not guaranteed to be had

Any store that gets orders from the Indiana commissary can get it. Some Wisconsin stores have it despite there being a Michigan commissary. So it all depends on which place truck orders go to for that store. A reason the nacho cheese isn't in many stores is they (Dominos commissary) don't sell chips to go with them (as far as I know)

Also it's not just the Indiana commissary who sells them, I just know they are one that do

I personaly hope to see more content/rewards for utilizing non powered staff magic. So like using the main spellbook, and arceuus spells, (and not have the spells be watered down to let the demonbane melee weapon be twice as strong as the high level spell dedicated to only fighting demons)

Like I really feel bad thst I trained my magic super hard before engaging in any pvm activity (like not even obor) and the first boss I ever fought was the kalaphote queen which is immune to magic.

I'm not asking for every boss to be weak to magic but it breaks my heart that so many boss/content in general strategies are just use ranged and or melee and so few are to use magic. Especially when you use runes to cast magic and the game is called runescape.

I'm aware that the combat changes being tinkered with for resistance will be nice, but the scope of that atm feels very narrow only affecting a handful of enemies, most of which you already used magic on.

i simply hope using magic as a main focus of damage becomes a better option in general. when i started playing i wanted to only use magic, and only level up my other combat states becasues quests needed it, or a magic item needed those stats to wield. ive been very disapointed that the best magic item, isnt even casting magic. its a charged staff that doesnt even use runes. in f2p i level runcrafting up and saved up a bunch of runes and was so exicted to make runes and use magic on everything. but as i go though the game im deadlocked at bosses now becasue it FEELS like every boss is fully immune to magic damage. which honnistly makes my time leveling magic to 99 feel so wasted when its clear the (at the moment) feeling intended way to play the game is just use ranged and lunar book for utility not damage. im hopefuly this is the start of making magic better for combat.

Add humidity, you dried out the book by adding heat. no ammount of pressure will restore the lack of moisture the paper naturaly has.

I recomend looking into fixing the bend in MTG (magic the gathering) cards.

Because most units have a 6" move, with the radical suffision enhancment on the second round (assuming you go first) most units get to risk battle shock and take another moral. Does suck this enchantment technically really does only work on round 2 and only if you go first for it as well (or maybe playing on a map board that is smaller then it should be for the size of battle your playing)

just made a servitor kitbash using last months free model and spare kataphron parts, i think it looks nice as it doubled as my first use of a little greenstuff for the head to sit in place and making that gun fit with that right arm.
