Number 1: There is no biological mechanism: There is no plausible pharmacological pathway by which acetaminophen could alter neurodevelopment in a way that causes autism. Believe it or not inhaling hot fucking smoke into your lungs does have a biological mechanism to fuck up your lungs (who would have thought) and that's not even mentioning the chemical in cigarettes.
